Hello! I’m Allie, a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher (500hrs) based in Cardiff offering friendly and inclusive yoga practices. My classes are designed to give people the tools and the knowledge to find their personal yoga practice. Encouraging people to trust the perception of movement from their inner intuition and using this as a guide to develop a practice that works for them.
My classes focus on connecting mindful movement and breath, building strength and flexibility through key āsana (postures or shapes/positions of the body). As well as exploring and developing pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices. I also draw inspiration from other practices such as qigong and mobility movement training techniques.
After practising yoga for the last eight years, I have found it has a wonderfully positive impact on both body and mind. I continue to learn from an abundance of amazing teachers and I look forward to sharing yoga practice with you.
