Full Moon Yoga I January
Full Moon Yoga offers a nourishing practice that aligns with the energy of the moon and the seasons, inviting you to attune your body and mind to the natural rhythms of nature.
As we move through the year we will explore grounding movements in the winter months and more expansive flows in the summer to harmonise with seasonal shifts.
What to expect for January:
Shedding the old and embracing new beginnings. Reflecting on the past year and making preparations for the upcoming year.
Gentle, slow mindful flows that reflect the lunar phase, encouraging inner awareness and balance.
Balancing breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system and cultivate presence.
Time for reflection and intention-setting to align with the cycles of release, renewal, and growth as we move through the changing seasons.
Seasonal herbal tea on arrival.
All levels are welcome as we explore the unique energies each full moon brings.
